Halesowen Inclusive Employment College is created for you. It is a Social Enterprise which means we are not interested in profits. Any money we generate is pushed back into the organisation and the community.

Our sole aim is to help you or anyone you know who is unemployed to find real and meaningful employment with prospects.

Do you get told sometimes that you don't have enough experience to be offered a job? How do you get that vital experience?

Our programmmes are developed with just this in mind...
